When looking for academic support, I think reviews can be helpful for understanding other students' experiences. However, it's also important to check the quality of the information, transparency of the service, and whether the support follows academic integrity guidelines. I'm currently researching Reviews Scopus Journal Services and would like to know how others evaluate reviews before trusting an academic service. Do you usually look at independent reviews, university recommendations, or feedback from other researchers?
